Background
Center for Digital Humanities &
Computational Social Sciences
The KAIST Center for Digital Humanities and Computational Social Sciences was established under the purpose of driving convergence research between majors in humanities and social science and those majoring in science, technology, and engineering.
The Center aims to support proactive and mutually complementary interdisciplinary cooperation among KAIST researchers well-known for their national-level expertise in artificial intelligence and digital technologies. Furthermore, the Center aims to present a new vision for digital humanities and computational social science, while posing new questions and identifying new initiatives in the post-AI era to contribute to the growth and development of the natural science and engineering sectors.
